New Family Orientation

Welcome to The Wonder Years Academy family! We are excited to partner with you in your child's early learning journey. Before your child begins, we'll review our family orientation checklist to help ensure a smooth and comfortable transition into our program.

During orientation, we'll cover:

• Signed enrollment application
• Email and text communication preferences
• Classroom assignment information
• Front, middle, and rear door access codes
• Introductions to teachers and staff
• Morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up procedures
• Lunch program guidelines and lunch container requirements
• Review of academy policies and procedures
• Illness and health policies
• Parent statement review
• Discipline policy
• Financial responsibility expectations
• Expulsion policy
• ProCare app setup and communication tools
• WatchMeGrow camera system access (required for infants)
• Universal Health Record and immunization requirements
• Proper use of the parent/guardian exit button
